It's been only 2 years, and it looks like the Wild's bet on Slovak nation is over.
Last week Russo reported the Canucks were wining and dining Pavol Demitra, and it looks like checking line countryman Branko Radiovojevic may be out as an UFA, as well. Regardless of where Demitra signs... it's absolutely clear he has vitually a 0% chance of rejoining the Wild next year.
Which means it might just be Gabby as the only Slovak?
Who will he play drag racing with in that huge Minneapolis condo?
Who will he dance to eurotrash club hitz with in the locker room?
Closed circuit to Kirk ... we'll need a Finnish flag next year, me thinks. At least until Risebrough trades Backstrom...

I found that Slovak flag on eBay for about $5, so it'd be easy to swing a Finn one.
